How to Place an Order

The ordering process consists of the following steps:

• 1. You select the products and add them to your cart.
• 2. During checkout, you provide the required delivery or pickup details.
• 3. Before confirming your order, you are shown the total amount payable, including all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
• 4. You click the order confirmation button.

By clicking the order confirmation button, you undertake an obligation to make payment, which is also clearly indicated on the relevant button.

The contract between you and us is considered concluded once we accept your order. After your order has been accepted, you will see an order number and a confirmation page. If you have provided an email address, you will also receive an order confirmation email.

All prices are stated in Armenian drams (AMD) and include all applicable taxes.

Payment

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Card payments are processed through the bank’s secure payment page. Therefore, your bank card details are not transmitted to us and are not accessible by us.

For cash payments, payment is made to the courier upon delivery or at the pickup point / counter when collecting the order, where such an option is available.

The price of the products does not change depending on whether payment is made by card or by another available payment method. We do not charge any additional fees or surcharges for card payments.

Keeping Your Order Information

After placing an order, you receive a link to your order page, which you may save or print.

The order confirmation email contains the same information.

We recommend keeping your order number in case you need to contact us or submit an inquiry regarding your order.

We respond to inquiries within up to 3 working days and aim to resolve most issues as quickly as possible.

If a dispute between the parties cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may apply to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission of the Republic of Armenia as an out-of-court dispute resolution option, or you may apply to the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

Legal Restrictions

We provide delivery only within the territory of the Republic of Armenia, and only within the service and delivery area displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.

For products whose sale is subject to legal age restrictions, such as alcoholic beverages that may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over, we may instruct the courier to verify the age of the customer or recipient when handing over the order.

If the legally required age requirement is not met, the relevant product may not be handed over to the recipient.
