Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order before we begin preparing it.

To cancel, please call +37494222275 as soon as possible and provide your order number.

If the order has already been paid for, we will refund the full amount paid, including any delivery fee, if applicable.

14-day right of withdrawal

For purchases made at a distance, the law gives you the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The 14-day period is calculated as follows:

• for goods — from the day you receive the goods;
• if the order is delivered in separate parts — from the day you receive the final part;
• for services — from the day the contract is concluded.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• prepared food, perishable goods, or goods with a short shelf life;
• sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons if the packaging or protective seal has been opened after delivery;
• goods made to your individual order or according to your specific requirements.

What happens after withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the order, including the cost of standard delivery.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice and, as a rule, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.

If the goods must be returned, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent back.
